This is just good food and service. The best value by far... Between Nice and Cannes. The riviera has become a gamble when it comes to choosing resturants. But this is truly a gem.

Fantastic service, the waitresses were brilliant, they couldn't have been better. Atmosphere was perfect, very welcoming, which is great with the kids. Food was delicious! We had a variety of meals within our group and each plate was so tasty...and the homemade cannoli was to die for!! The views from the terrace are amazing, Cucina Vera is an absolute hidden... More

A lovely place with a great terrace. It's tucked in the corner of a culdisac off the Main Street. The terrace is a complete surprise with great views. The service is exceptional. The food is very good able to accommodate adults and some very picky kids and teenagers. Top quality.

Decent food in warm sunny terrace away from the main street. Staff were accommodating . We opted for the lunch offer.2 courses and a coffee 13 euros. Good ravioli in a very strong garlic sauce.I loved it but it was definitely powerful! Huge range of desserts to choose from. I'd been waiting for a tarte tatin a long time and... More

We went here as a family and the variety of food was just enough to cater for everyone but not be so big the chef couldn't cope with it. I would happily go back here again doe time soon.

Cucina Vera is owned and run by a married couple - he is the chef (Italian) and she does the rest (French)! They are a lovely couple, hard-working and welcoming. In winter there is a roaring log fire, in summer a pretty terrace with views. The food is pretty good and the prices are pretty reasonable.

They were so accommodating as we arrived just as lunch was just finishing. We had the most enjoyable delicious and well priced lunch of our entire trip to the south of France. The child's portion was a massive plate of pasta, for only 1 euro. My husband had to eat 2/3 of it! Beautiful village and great restaurant, I would... More

Think what you want but this is not Italian food. Being Italian myself I can assure you that adding slices of ham to a dish of fettuccine with tomato and artichokes does not make it an Italian delicacy. Similarly for fried calamari that should be fresh and deep fried in good Italian olive oil to be allowed to be called... More
