This is one of my favourite restaurants in the region, with the chef duties now passed from the founding mother (maitre d’) and father to their son. And this young chef – Michael Fulci – never disappoints! For starters, the ambience both inside and outside is stunning, as the restaurant has a very traditional and provençal flavour. The service from... More

A big birthday celebration meant the Restaurant was ours for the evening . The food was delicious, we started with Rougets, roasted and served on roast artichoke dressed with a reduced soup de Rouget , for the main course a thick tranche of very lean saddle of lamb - delicious. Cheeses and dessert didn't disappoint. The wines complemented the food perfectly.... More

We happened to stumble across this restaurant in Biot where we were staying after attending a wedding nearby. It was busy for a Sunday evening with around 20+ covers which was great to see. The restaurant is lovely outside and inside, sadly there is a lot of road noise if eating on the terrace. The staff that greeted both my... More

My boyfriend surprised me with dinner at this restaurant and from start to finish, it was amazing. I wasn't sure what to expect because as we were driving it wasn't towards the main hustle and bustle of the south. Which is fine by me, I love things off the beaten path. I was pleasantly surprised to end up in Biot... More

We used to have an apartment nearby which we sold about 6 years ago. Since then I have been back to Les Terraillers once and enjoyed a great meal. Last night we went with a group of friends. The food was spectacular, beautifully prepared, it would have been worth taking a picture of each course. The chef and owner is... More

We've been every year for the last 6 and this year took our late-teenage daughter too. We are Londoners and regularly eat at good restaurants, but Les Terraillers is always particularly special. The welcome is always charming, warm and friendly, the terrace stunning. The food is to die for. As it was a new experience for our daughter, we all... More

My husband and I went there on a week night and couldn't get a reservation before 9pm. However as soon as we entered I could why as the terrace was full of diners. Vines hanging, the grapes are plucked in September and used in their recipes, homegrown herb garden for tea, gastronomy for food, elegant old world style service, fabulous... More

Description
The restaurant headed by Michael Fulci (young chef trained at Verge and Ducasse), offers a kitchen full of flavor and delicacy with a touch of Provence.
The only all prepared fresh, seasonal ingredients.

The masonry is an old pottery 16em century.

The summer terrace (patio covered with a pergola of vines) a green oasis.
The room (restyled in 2014) has a special atmosphere with its wide arches Biot stones. The pearl gray walls gives a modernity while retaining the old charm of old stones.

The dining room staff is very caring while remaining discreet and available to customers.
