This is an amazing, intimate French restaurant found in a small alley just down the street from the square in Haut-de-Cagnes My friend and I found it by accident. We were looking at the menu outside and the owner/chef came out to chat with us. We went there for dinner that night and enjoyed it so much, we went back... More

Small, quirky. Run by one guy who welcomes, waits and cooks. Food was pretty good - perhaps not quite as good as elsewhere. Nice atmosphere. Quite expensive for what it was though. Would go back, but would go to other places in preference.

Hidden down a side street in this wonderful village we can only add to all the positive comments made on here about the food, the staff and the ambience. We would particularly recommend the local house wine as it is excellent and great value for money. Overall - Highly recommended.

Tucked away down from leg chateau this restaurant is delightful. The food is always delicious and the young couple who run it provide a welcoming ambience. We live in the area and have been going there for years.

A restaurant not to miss. I have been there twice and both food and service was excellent. Reasonable prices for gourmet dining.

A charming restaurant with helpful and attentive service. Wide range of choice on the menu. Most of the wine was on the pricey side...not all of it, though. Get the free bus to the castle and walk about 100m back down the hill. All other methods are a little tricky! :)

Had our second superb meal at this restaurant. We had originally planned to try a variety of restaurants during our stay but I can honestly say that nowhere in town matches this place. Small, but perfectly formed.

My partner has a home in the Cagnes sur Mer so we are very familiar with the local eateries. The patron/chef/owner is probably one of the best chefs in the South of France. He is always cheerful and willing to cook to order with enough notice. His lovely wife fronts the restaurant and is always warm and welcoming. Their daughter... More

Positioned down the hill from the main square at Haut de Cagnes this is a real hidden gem! As previous reviews have stated small restaurant (around 20 covers) over 2 rooms run by husband & wife team! small menu with about 4/5 choices - we opted with duck & the prawn skewer (both cooked on open BBQ grill served with...
