This is a really bad place. Food is bland. The Saint Pierre au Provençal was slimy fish on a pizza sauce. No service worth talking about. Even though I live nearby I get the feeling they survive on tourist 'bait' Avoid , it's rubbish

Have not been to La Sirene for a couple of years went for a family meal first night of our holiday and the food service and value for money was spot on. Anyone who is a regular will know the charismatic waiter who adds to the experience. Food is simple well cooked and good value....importantly really tasty. Well done team... More

Arrived for a late lunch of moules frites on our first day in France, ordered water to drink as we were driving, we got a bottle of Evian but when the bill came we were charged E6.5 which I thought a rip-off so we left no tip. I now feel guilty about this as the moules were very good, lots... More

Have visited a few times (and reviewed) before - overall think this place deserves an average rating (having previously said good) but our latest visit was undoubtedly poor and we won't be returning as a result. Prior to this visit the staff had always been very pleasant, the food ok and decent value. The most recent visits concerns centred around... More

La Sirene, in Golfe-Juan, is a family-run restaurant providing freshly cooked home-made food. The family is delightful and welcoming and will happily cook to your specification. The portions are huge and it is very good value

Had lunch here today (May 8, 2013). Pretty location, outside, right on the Marina in Golfe. We both had the Mussels in a garlic and white wine sauce that came with a big bowl of wide cut frites (12.50 euros per person), came with crusty bread. Half litre of a good house red was 7.50 euros. Ice cream desserts looked... More

With so many expensive and pretentious alternatives, its a pleasure to find honest home cooked family cuisine. The service is friendly and delightful. Whether for an alfresco lunch by the marina or for dinner inside the restaurant, it doesn't disappoint.

Sited both sides of the main road through the port area, this restaurant initially looked like it was going to be a let down as the had stopped serving pizza, much to the disappointment of the 5 children in our group. But their large menu and friendly service soon won us over. Excellent fish dishes. Simple pleasing desserts. Somewhat cheaper... More
