With a friend we enjoyed a great evening meal on Christmas day. The restaurant is comfortable and cosy, the staff were attentive but not to in your face. We choose from the special Christmas menu, it was good value for the standard of food we ate. Would definitely go there again when next in Nice.

Situated on Promenade des Anglais, I felt like I had gone back in time to a bygone era. It is a very pleasant and comfortable surroundings with slightly stiff and formal service staff. There are many wonderfully old fashioned dishes on the menu like flambe steak and crepes suzette. Portions are plentiful and I can highly recommend the crepes suzette.... More

We were recommended Le Siecle by a work colleague of my wife. We tried booking on line but didn't get a reply even though the ooking was made. Food is not cheap and the service is traditional, but the food was good and the portions were plentiful. The style is slightly old fashioned, but it was very enjoyable but rather... More

I can't believe I am the last person to review this place when I went on my birthday last year. Fab as ever and the best crepes suzette ever. One thin g I'd say: get your on line booking system sorted.

They do a great flambe steak which is their house special plus a range of seafood and a comprehensive wine list. It is easier to walk in for a table early in the week or book to be sure.

We were staying at the West End hotel and this restaurant is part of it. As they had an alfresco dining section we chose to ate outside so we could still enjoy the warm air and view of the promenade. The head waiter was very friendly and attentive. The menu was varied so we all ordered what we fancied. My... More

Arrived here around 22:15, and was seated as their final guest for the evening. I was welcomed by a very polite waitor who provided examplary etiquette and manors. The placement, atmosphere and their choice of musical background was absolutely impeccable and very pleasing. Ordered the tenderloin, where the complimented sauce and mashed potatoes with herbs were great. The meat however... More

We summer in Nice every year and every year we escape the heat and salt and chaos of the beach for a quiet and elegant lunch at La Siecle. The restaurant has an outdoor patio that faces the sea and the Promenade des Anglais but is kept private from the passersby with lovely green hedging. They kindly offer a children’s... More

The worst and the most unfriendly manager I' be ever seen. May be is looking for remedy for his complex of inferiority. The service wishes improvement. One has to pour champagne by oneself, special request must be made to serve a fish no-bones to a child.

Facing the Mediterranean Sea, our restaurant Le Siècle is at the heart of West End Hotel. It was constructed in 1842 and is an example of Belle Epoque architecture with its red velvet seats, its Art Déco glass roof, and its copper tones and wooden panels. Our Head Chef Tanguy L'Yvonnet and his team compose cuisine with decidedly Mediterranean overtones marrying the tradition of French gastronomy with Provençal culture.
