My husband and I are travelling with our 3 children and a night out (and to find a babysitter) is a big deal - we really want to make the most of our 'leave pass'. We booked les Bories and my goodness! Having dined at several of the best restaurants in the world this place won. I'm sure the location... More

We sat on the terrace here at dusk and watched the view. You feel like you are transported to another world, as it is beautiful, pleasant and relaxing. The service is unobtrusive, with a quiet professionalism which makes the whole experience stand out even more. The food was delicious. We tried a tasting menu which had lots of fresh vegetables... We stayed at the hotel for a family break and also ate at the restaurant. We were thrilled to find out it was Michelin starred and after eating here can understand why! Staff were great we have a 9 month year old and they really made us all comfortable. Food is of a high quality. The lamb for me was... More

I have lived in the Luberon for over 7 years. This is the first time I have booked a restaurant for guests at Les Bories. They were 8. The menus were sent through as diners had to choose which menu they wanted (Bories, Decouverte, Degustation or a la carte). The guests decided on a la carte. Apparently, for 8 or... More

After seeing the amazing dry stone hut and different sizes of how it was made we tried this restaurant and we loved their cheeses they offered to us and also the wines we ordered from the famous region of Rhone.

We recently dined at Les Bories to celebrate my birthday and we were thrilled. The food was amazing, particularly the cheese plate which had the most incredible selection of hand made cheese in the region. The restaurant also had a superb wine selection and a fantastic atmosphere. I would definitely dine here again.

An excellent restaurant with a fine wine list that is particularly good on local Rhone wines. Well constructed starters of cuttlefish/asparagus and tuna were followed by quite superb langoustine/rouget and St Pierre. The highlight, though, were the desserts, particularly the white chocolate and rhubarb millefeuille. Staff are friendly and attentive.

we were 10 people (5 couples) and we ordered the Chef's tasting menu. The welcome and the round table we got were very nice. The service was great, we had 3-4 waiters around us all the time and the service manager was around all the time to. The Chef also came out during the meal to see if we are... More

I visited the restaurant with my partner who is a coeliac. The incredibly friendly staff designed a menu to accommodate him- they made the most beautiful fruit salad I've ever seen and it made us feel so welcome and special. The presentation, food and service were all exceptional. I've visited a few one Michelin star restaurants but none have bowled... More
