We decided to have dinner here as it was ranked #2 by Tripadvisor in all Orange (We also checked #1 and #3 but they were closed during our visit). We had great hopes but it was just fine. Menu is very limited, both the dishes we ordered tasted good. Options for dessert was too less and the one we ordered... More

A chance 2 night stopover in Orange & we wanted somewhere good to eat on our first night. Very lucky to find this restaurant that we spotted as we had a walk round the town during the day. A good choice between the two menus & we both went for the €27 option. All dishes were of exceptional quality. My... More

Although the restaurant is just next to the antique Roman Theater, the setting is not the best, perhaps too close, perhaps the privacy barriers don't help. That aside, the food, service and wine are very good and the prices are quite affordable, great value for money.

Tried the 27 euro set menu and was impressed with the quality, presentation and portions of the servings. The tagliatelle in squid ink with cod and clams was well prepared and fresh. While dessert was good, there is some room for improvement. Although one waitress (who also speaks English) served the whole restaurant, her service was friendly and efficient. Overall,... More

Really lovely food (menus of 21/27 in the evening): well prepared and fresh. Portions were nicely put on the plates, tastes excellent, recommended wine just perfect and chocolate dessert the very best. Service very friendly and polite. Location next to roman theatre is very special and creates also a part of the atmosphere. Great value for the money and a... More

Very cosy and calm restaurant. Very friendly, polite, and sympathetic service. Excellent dishes with a superb flavour of tastes. One part of the dish even changes taste while progressing, which was a very nice surprise. Highly recommended.

Nice location, right next to the old roman theatre. Very good food, very friendly people...and we were able to eat after 9pm. They also have a nice outside terrace...

What a gem! My brother and I wandered into town on a rainy Wednesday night in early March only to find the restaurant we were hoping to visit closed. We opted for La Rom' Antique, and we were so happy we did. As soon as we walked in, the hostess/waitress greeted us and offered to take our dripping wet jackets... More

We visited Orange in January, most of the restaurants were closed. We picked up this one according to the trip advisor reviews and it didn't disappointed us. Good food, good value for money, especially in France. Reccomended.

Nicely located beside the Roman theatre, the staff is prompt and nice, the food is delicious and nicely cooked (fish was gorgeous - the dessert, a biscuit breton, was OK though). We were offered a choice between two 3 courses menus (20 or 27 euros). Wine list was very good (maybe a bit pricy for some wines)
