This is one of the restaurants we go to often. The food is good, the price to quality ratio is good (we usually go for lunch on weekends and they have a menu), and the service is always really nice, quick, and professional. Usually we love the appetizers. The main meals are good too as is their cafe gourmand.

We had a great diner at L'Oleas. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes, making great recommendations throughout our diner. We had the €30 menu, and every dish was a true delight, from the Gambas/courgettes raviolis with a sea food bisque, to the sea bass in a hazelnut butter sauce - both innovative and grounded in the... Excellent restaurant. Was empty when we arrived but don't let this put you off. The food and service was first class with very knowledgable waiter . Limited menu to just 4 starters and 4 main courses but everything perfectly cooked. 3 course meal for 30 euros was excellent value Would definitely go there again

We came across this restaurant by chance and thought it looked like it would be a good place to eat lunch. We weren't proved wrong. For less than 20euros we had a 3 course meal and coffee. All courses were delicious and the service was excellent. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

I was in Marseille for the weekend visiting with my girlfriend. The food was very tasty and the concept of the restaurant based on oil in a Mediterranean diet was perfectly applied and goes along with the ambience of Marseille. We were sitting outside in a table in the pleasant quarter of les créateurs de Marseille I had a great... More

Try to eat outside on tthe place saint Julien. Most of other resto's in this neigbourhood are cheap but very low quality. In the Oleas perfect service. One negative remark: the lunch doesn't change completely every day !

My sister's been going on and on about this restaurant and now I can finally tell why: it was really really good! From what I know and I've heard, they tend to under cook meat in Marseille in general (so always order one up from what you're used to: e.g. I usually take medium so I order well done there... More
