Stumbled upon this restaurant several years ago and have made it a main stay ever sense. Unique patio or inside seating available. They have one of our favorite local wines on the menu which is always a treat for us. Service is excellent and the food always tasty. Highly recommend for either lunch or dinner.

Group of six adults for dinner. Maybe it is typical Provençal cusine but large serves of meat with plenty of fat and bones. Not "French trimmed". But when served two glasses of champagne to be next told that champagne was all gone certainly surprised. A Saturday dinner to forget.

We ate here one evening whilst holidaying in St Remy. The menu is extensive and the food was delicious. The restaurant was full and buzzing with atmosphere. We ordered two mains - Maigret of duck and PastA L'Olivade - probably the best meal since we arrived in Provence. Beer was 4 euros a bottle and a good selection of wine... More

This was our first stop after we learned Fanny was closed. No disappointment here. The staff relaxed, informal and tourist friendly. The clientele dressed informally (us) and formally (them). I ordered a French-Italian dish, I think, Tagliateli de l'Olivade ( zucchini, olives, thyme, carrots (nice surprise here) ). The wine Cotes du Rhone rouge. Nice place!

we asked to be seated in the nearly empty courtyard, but were only allowed to sit in the streetarea on less cormfortable chairs. We asked for half a liter bottles, but they were not available. Later we saw other guests filling the courtyard without booking, other tables had half litre bottles....

Food at L'Olivade is lovely and remains one of St Remy's nicest little restaurants however if you plan on visiting... don't plan on taking your children. The owner refuses to allow you to sit in the courtyard with children and instead insists that you are seated inside. Inside is hot, stuffy, tight and very claustrophobic and just an extension of... Wandering around the narrow streets of Saint Rémy we came across this restaurant that looked really nice with its out door seating and relaxed setting. It was a little full so we were lucky get a table. From that point on it just kept getting better. The staff were so friendly, the wine was great and the good was even... More

We hadn't booked but although the restaurant was busy we asked for a table and were told it would we ready in 20minutes - it was. A very simple menu with typical Provençal dishes. I went for the bull stew half expecting something as tough as old boots - it wasn't! It was absolutely beautiful and came with a few... More

Visited the restaurant with the family for dinner. The food was overall excellent. Ordered the salad for starters which was served with goat cheese and the burger was delicious with a very well cooked a real chunky steak. Felt like being in France.

Stumbled across this place on a trip advisor search and gave it a whirl. Wonderful and authentic French cuisine. Soup de poisson was tasty albeit a bit grey but the steak tartare was prepared at the table which shows the care and pride they have in their works (meals). One has to be confident that their meals are of top... More
