We had a delicious lunch at Gus Restaurant in St. Remey. My salad with shrimp was just as pretty as good! Others in our party were as equally satisfied with their selection. We fortunate to meet the owner who was kind enough to describe in detail the menu to us. We recommend this restaurant and will go back if in... More

A quaint place with good (not excepcional) food. Very friendly staff! A good variety is sure to please everyone in a group (fish, seafood, meet, saladas, even a burger).

Very popular restaurant (need to book, even midweek) and its not surprising as the food is great, imaginative and very well priced.

My wife and I shared a pork filet with a onion tart and mushroom puree with crisp apple spirals and a cod with parsnip puree. For dessert we both had a delicious tira mi sou. Service was excellent and friendly. A great place for lunch.

My husband and I had fruits de mer. Mostly very good oysters, also some clams, mussels and crab. It was all fresh and tasty. Our friends had the hamburger, which they said was very good. The staff was nice and spoke English. I was a little disappointed to be seated near the back by the server station when there were... More

Such a nice place to have lunch. Always welcoming and the ood is excellent. The "menu du jour" is always based of fresh and season's products. Maybe not the best location but I totally recommend.

Three generations of Italians serve up some pretty good eats here in St. Remy. Gus Restaurant is steered by the latest generation and offers the same fine preparation of classic French cuisine as the older "L'Aile ou la Cuisse" in the heart of town. The menu at Gus leans more to creative seafood dishes and fruit de mer. If you... More

We chanced upon Gus on a bitterly cold Mistral day in lovely St Remy, and it turned out to be a great find. The restaurant was packed to the gills (it was a market day), so it might be a good idea to book ahead. Despite the cold day, we were not deterred from ordering the mixed seafood platters (we... In the center of Saint-Remy-de-Provence, "Chez Gus" becomes " Gus restaurant" with a menu enriched since the beginning of March. Shells, retail or in the form of seafood platters and the fish are always on the menu. But we find from now on some meat and varied accompaniments there. Not to mention of patisserie from the display.

"Grenadian of veal with reduction of white wine and sage", "pig's filet mignon wipes honey and thyme, carrots and prunes roasted in the balsamic", "sole belle menuniere cut in front of the customer ", are a part of an elaborate menu.

31 Boulevard Victor hugo, the twins Anthony (in room) and Gregory (in cooking) attended by his wife Eliska, invite you in a merry gustative stroll.
