It must be a good place for a big beer, but food is mediocre. Prices might be appealing, but it really is not worth it. If you pay close attention, it has all the tourist trap signs all over it. Go elsewhere for lunch or dinner, value yourself.

Eight of us popped in here for lunch without a booking. It was right in the middle of town opposite the Post Office with lots of seating outside. I thought it was going to be a bit commercial but once inside the welcome and service were great and staff were very accommodating for those with dietary requirements. It's not really... More

We're not the type of people who write bad reviews or complain about nothing, but I really can't think of many positives! First up, I've got coeliac disease - I get really ill if I have even a tiny amount of gluten. After checking their allergen menu (which they had available) I asked for the waiter to also inform the... More

Seriously. I wasn't after haute cuisine or anything, and knew from the laminated menus this was going to be an eat and go experience. I hadn't expected pizza bases that came from Iceland however, and sauces in plastic sachets. The staff seem nice, bless 'em, but they should find other jobs IMO, apart from the cook. Prime location is the... More

Ordered a vegetarian pizza and moules mariniere. The pizza base was like the worst frozen kind you can buy. Admittedly this is the wrong time of the year for mussels but there's no excuse for the shallots to be uncooked and the liquor to be watery and tasteless. This is France for goodness sake. The waitress had the cheek to... More

We ended up here as other restaurants refused to seat 14 of us?? This is an old faithful of ours as you can always rely on the food and service. Not Cheap but guaranteed to have good food.

Very disappointed about this restaurant. I had dinner there on january the first 2017. The pizzas are frozen, not freshly made. The pasta is really bad, nothing to do with real italian specialities. As I ordered the Duck (confit de canard) I was extremely disappointed because it looked really not fresh, the plate was small, I was still hungr afterwards,... More

This restaurant was very crowded, and he had a good service and a tasteful meal. We choose a Raclete and it was marvelous. After we took a classic (and perfect) Crème Brulée. Delicious.

(Strange that Italians come here for pasta!) This place does decent Savoie traditional food and has a cosy alpine atmosphere. HOWEVER watch out for drinks prices they are double the average in Chamonix
