We had booked a half board package with the hotel. We took the standard half board offering, and it was really amazingly good. Wonderful presentation Delicious flavours Friendly staff.

We went here for dinner. Liked the decor (modernish). Very friendly staff, good wine and the food was great. One of us 2 ordered a rare steak, and received a well done, and it was switched without any issue

Friendly staff, good cuisine and good wine. Asked them to turn Muzak down and they did. Only fault, perhaps too much to eat, but who can resist? I would, given the size of the restaurant, space the diners more, and lower the lighting a bit - we're not in an operating theatre! But enjoyed it all thanks! I

Good, friendly and quick service. Restaurant was not very busy. Starter was good, had tomato mozzarella. For main I had lamb that was overcooked and served with some green stuff on top that was not tasty. Big portion. Desert I had mountain cheese plate that was ok but I found 9euro was a bit much. Kids menu was great Nuggets... More

Le A is a wonderful dining experience - a relaxing dining room, with excellent staff. The food is prepared to an exquisite standard - with both European and traditional Savoyard dishes... the fondue is incredible.. but don't have a starter with it!

It suffers from the double use issue i.e. the dinning area is also the breakfast area for the hotel so they have to opt for a functional decor which leads to a modern somewhat bland look. Having said that the food was tasty and well priced. Clean... More

With a group of friends we went for a dinner over there. We enjoyed from the start to the end. Great Fondue, raclette tartiflette in the region and really good desserts. Worth it and the price is accessible.

Inventive recipes that don't leave your wanting more. Well priced and extremely tasty. Well worth the visit even if you're a local to Chamonix. A varied menu catering for all tastes.
