The bass and the tuna were excellent, grilled to perfection. Not to forget the delicious ducks for the kids. The service was excellent and the waitress was very helpful. If you are in Lyon, you must try it out.

This is a super restaurant where we had lunch. We opted for the 'Menu du Jour' which was very reasonably priced along with a carafe of Côtes du Rhône wine. The food was excellent and the service was very friendly, professional and efficient. We will certainly return to this fine establishment when we're next in Lyon. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely time here under the shade of the trees across the road from the restaurant. The service was very good. This was a 1st taste of authentic French food we were not disappointed, we ate the Cassolette of snails in Provence as an entree, they were divine, the entire menu was tasty and we were introduced to... We had a lovely meal at this restaurant, sat outside on the evening. The food was well cooked and tasty with good selection of wines. Not over pricey either. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Worth a visit.

We've been here a few times over the years, and decided this would be perfect for lunch. Nice outdoor patio - sheltered from the hustle and bustle of the street. The other diners all locals. Menu highlights - the Salad Lyonnaise (pity we can't find lardons in California) and the Clafoutis with crème anglaise! A relaxing enjoyable lunch -

This is not a tourist place so we liked it. We were a group of 6 for dinner on a very busy night but did not feel neglected by waiters. The service was good. A smallish menu - about 6-8 dishes each of meat, seafood and entree but they had some good value menus starting at 27€ for 3 courses.... More

I stayed in Lyon for a few days and on the last evening I wandered down the road, and took a right turn to cours Franklin Roosevelt. I wanted to eat but knew not what. So I saw this restaurant which catches your attention with it's outside red colour and well lit for that matter. Looked quite grand to me.... More

We were recommended to come to this restaurant by our tour guide. She is friends with the owners daughter. It is in a neighborhood and we loved the atmosphere. Small and quaint inside, plush red velvet chairs, old style dark wood bar but white paper table cloths on the tables were odd with this atmosphere. Our server spoke some English... More

This was my second time ordering the Quenelle de brochet Nantua at Theodore and it does not disappoint! Absolutely wonderful! I also had an entree of 'mushroom cake' that was excellent. The service is attentive yet not intrusive. I like the art deco decor. There is an enormous outdoor dining area which keeps the servers hopping. I would certainly recommend... More
