Second visit, and we were not disappointed, the taste and temperature were perfect. The naan portion is big enough for 2. I ordered the chicken Vindaloo and was delicious. This time the food was a little bit less spicy that the first time, the lady that took the order gave us 6 or 7 different kinds of spiciness to choose... More

Few venues offer a Curry advertised as - Dry. In an attempt to avoid the Capsicum and Onion ballast, Lamb and Potatoes were declared. The - Dry - Karahi was still the objective. Lamb and Potato Karahi, Zehr scharf....it was... With minimal non-soup Masala, this was more than acceptable.

Very good food, even thou it was slow but the wait was worth it, the taste is so good that you feel like learning how to cook your dish. Prices are ok for an Indian restaurant in the area, slightly higher.

I visited with a work colleague in the evening. First impressions of the small restaurant we good and we were made very welcome. There were plenty of other diners. The menu made good reading with similar dishes to other Indian restaurants. Unfortunatley that is where the similarity stopped. The pompadoms seemed as if they were straight out of a supermarket... This place is small and they do not take credit or debit cards. Nonetheless, it is worth a visit. I was there on Monday and soon after I arrived, all the tables were taken and they had to turn away a couple of guests. Their Chicken Tikka Masala was perfectly seasoned and very flavorful. The Naan bread was similarly perfectly... More

The place is small and feels private. The air's a bit stuffy, but it's all worth it! The ambiance is great, the service just lovely and the food incomparably great (and I know good food)! I'll definitely come again!

I have traveled the globe and have tried Indian food in NYC, London, and many more. This restaurant is not only the best Indian in Erlangen but has so far been my favorite Indian in the world. I know this will change when I visit India, but Bombay Haus is close enough. It is very small and family owned, I... More

Fairly good Indian food. Restaurant was crowded and stuffy. However, it wasn't too crowded or noisy. The food was pricy though for the amount given.

This is a very small Indidan restaurant and to be honest I was reluctant to go in as it was Saturday evening and it was empty, and I mean totally empty. I have always tended to avoid empty restaurants as it is easy to surmise that emply means bad and it is just slightly uncomfortable sitting in an empty restaurant.... More
