In Munich I always compare to the Mitani, which remains my reference for Japanese restaurants. Service was OK though slightly cold / unfriendly, food was great but small portions and prices are high - 30 euros per person for lunch menu... Dont take me wrong - it's great ! If you are ready to pay and are around, enter and... More
Ate here with friends recently, on recommendation, this is a relatively small restaurant with limited seating, quiet atmosphere, lots of wood accents. The sushi is VERY good but it does have its price. Compared with other sushi restaurants in Munich, the quality here is really one of the best, even down to the little details like the ginger or wasabi.... More
I like this restaurant because it is very japanese. Bamboo atmosphere and very good variety of sushi, makis, noodles, tempura and all things I like. It is a bit more pricy than the average, but quality does worth it.
True Japanese interior ambience. Excellent sashimi and shake teriyaki (salmon). Prices are highly justified. Good service attitude but having only one person managing the entire floor seems a bit too tight for him.
Highly recommended - well worth checking out, even though other Japanese restaurants in Munich are much more visible via social media. Service here is competent and attentive, food is explained well and prepared beautifully. Pretty high quality, prices are absolutely justified!
I had a business dinner here and it was just wonderful! I recommend the set menu - great value for money and easy to order. I will be back next time I visit Munich!
Nice Japanese place and atmosphere . small cosy restaurant. Staff was very attentive to details / good service. Food was tasty and fresh. definitely recommend it; although a little bit pricy. Good overall experience.
And not just sushi.. Really a fine small Japanese restaurant in Schwabing. Try not to go there when they are at full capacity - they do their best, but it is a small place with three people doing everything. We came a bit earlier and had their full attention, which was really worth it. In my view as good a... More
