The outdoors dining is nice when the weather is good. The street can be a little noisy, but thats ok. My favorite restaurant is around the corner, but is closed on Tuesdays. If you find yourself in this area on a Tuesday, I recommend LaLaconda.
The atmosphere of the hotel is neat and the food very tasteful and well elaborated. Because of the language barrier there were some confusion in the service, but nothing that would harm the welcoming environment,
The place is very nice with old-type furniture and different rooms that gives a sense of warmth and the people are very warm and welcome also. The menu is quite rich and with very good pasta. It opens after 5pm or so.
Food was fine,but not inspiring. Restaurant lacked atmosphere. The staff were in a bit of a hurry to clear your plates.
I had dinner at La Locanda while I was staying at the hotel attached to it, and it was great! the best tomato soup I ever had. The price was good for Munich's price and the staff was very friendly
We were staying at the Leonardo Hotel and didn't want to go very far for dinner. La Locanda has very good Italian food. The pappardelle with funghi was delicious. The service was also very good.
