The food was well cooked and served piping hot. The menu had enough choice and we had one currywurst with chips and one chicken fillet with chips. very enjoyable

This pub has a good range of bottled beers and more limited range of draft beers. It lacked at atmosphere though and my visit to the ladies room annoyed me intensely. The management had the cheek to ask guests to recognise the efforts of the cleaning lady in maintaining the cleanliness of the toilets. First time I have ever seen... More

Returned back to this restaurant, was previously there last year. Once again, the food in this restaurant is lovely, and one of the best places to eat in the area. Very relaxed, good selection of beers and good food and wine. Service is relaxed and good. You have to give this place a try; good for food or just relaxing... More

Ah, the choice from a hundred beers (a few are ciders BTW). What a choice, and the opportunity to revisit the seats next to the TV open fire (it really did feel warmer...)

easy walk from RitzCArlton for me. An easy place to have a beer and a goulasche. It has a bar/restaurant feel.

We were happy to find a restaurant serving mostly German food. It did not let us down with the sausage plate, 4 different sausage types with fries. Quality of food was ok, but nothing to get excited about. A very pleasing aspect of dining in restaurants in Germany is how they list any allergens on each menu item......very handy for... More

We've enjoyed the food in this restaurant although the place was full. Nice selection of draft beers. About 20 draft beers from a selection of German breweries. Prices here are similar to other restaurants in the area.

A good place to eat a salted pork leg with a lot of beers. Tradicional, but not fancy. Used by locals too, its better than another turist options in Sony Center

Thank Alexandre G

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
