I've eaten falafel in 5 continents and this is the best ever! Big, plum sized balls beautifully crispy on the outside and deliciously light, almost creamy and tasty within. All superby complemented with hummous, spicy yoghurt and condiment sauces, tabouli and mixed salad. And leaving this place with a takeaway is almost a crime. The staff were fun, friendly and... Both falafel and meat sandwich were both value for money and fab. Heater in the outside table so still viable on a cold day. If you are in the area and peckish thoroughly recommend

This place was great. Its super value for money and tastes amazing. The portion was really filling I struggled to finish it even though it tasted so good!

You love falafel? This is the place to go in Berlin. Go for the mixed plate including falafel with dips and side dishes. It's in walking distance from Bahnhof Friedrichstraße. The crowd is rather young and very international. Not a place for a business dinner but rather for a lunch stop while getting to know the old and new center... More

I strongly recommend this place with Lebanese food. Dada platter (different small dishes) + beer + baklava for dessert = 14 per person. Very nice service and live music!

Fun combo platters and love the mint tea. Nice outdoor seating when the weather is good. Seats are a little crowded (close together)

Very rude attitude, they called my husband a nasty guest and also treated him not to come ever at that place. I think this something that owner of a business should not do. We just asked for a extra source, this is not a reason for such a behavior. Such a shame and such a low quality person running the... More

If you ask for some more sauce they charge extra. Where is the authentic hospitality of the people running this place? They most have forgot it in their home countries. Very disappointing

Light lunch. Grilled halloumi, shawarma plate, small beer and yoghurt drink. Beef (with hummus, pita, couscous) was exquisite, so tasty that we almost cry for happiness. Bill was under € 20. Briefly, but intresting menu. I highly recommand!

We had a lovely time. We really liked the decoration and the whole ambience. The falafel was the highlight of the menu as well as the baklava we had for dessert. I am Greek so I know what a good baklava tastes like. Worth checking it out!

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
