Visiting from the United States, we ate here because we wanted true German food on our 15th wedding anniversary with our children. The place was nearly full at 8:30pm but they looked for a place and found a cozy spot where the kids could unpack...More

My wife and I had a quick, hearty dinner here after a long afternoon walk around the city. Service was good, portions large, food top quality. And tasty, even though my wife's schnitzel was a little over-done and my pork medallions slightly under-done. (Maybe they...More

We ate here 3 nights in a row. Excellent German cuisine (as opposed to the wealth of pizza/pasta joints that pepper Berlin) and found it excellent. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly staff and the menu had helpful English descriptions. Very good value for money.
