As the title says the coffee was great. Service was fine as well and the place itself was really nice. It was a bit of a walk, though, but worth it for me.

If you are looking for a spot to show off your fashion sense, see and be seen, and also get a delicious coffee... then this is a spot to try! I had plenty of coffees in the area that were just a delicious, and more reasonably priced, but this spot clearly has the attention of the "in-crowd".

A quiet coffee boutique on a quaint Prenzlauer Berg street. Best coffee I had in years- specifically the cappuccino. Interesting, clean design gives the place a special atmosphere. Recommended as part of a day trip to Mauerpark.

Not the friendliest stuff working there -also, not rude at all, just cold-, but the most amazing flat white I ever had until now.

Believe it or not, we had each a coffee. The coffee had a pleasant aroma and was prepared with care. Good place for a casual chat, if you get a table. It was quite busy. Courses are also available.

Place was alright. But not my favourite in the neighbourhood. I really liked the place down the block at number 21 Oderberger. (Much more cozy and better coffee.) But this place is ok too.

I know this place for many many years. From the beginning it was a great place to have a good cup of coffee, but if you really need something more than a coffee, you should visit this place!

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
