This place is beautifully designed with interesting repurposed wooden barn doors and custom made furniture. The food is thoughtfully made with many vegan and gluten free options, and the vibe is super chill. A very quiet side street in Wedding and the perfect place to begin your exploration of this up and coming and overlooked neighborhood. Check it out on... More

The place is nice for breaky, brunch (all you can eat pancake alone worth giving it a try!) or a snack or for whenever you feel like a cupcake and a cup of coffe. There are table big enough if you want to work you your computer and of course wi fi. There are no many places in wedding for... More

Lighting is very bad and cup cakes are so far away from taste and look compared to the London ones. The hot chocolate is not the thick one, just very liquid and taste less.

The atmosphere here is nice and the food is good (but there don't seem to be many cupcakes, usually only a few) and they don't seem to be very fancy. After visiting cupcake places in the US, this place just doesn't compare. As a cafe, though, it's good.

I thoroughly enjoyed my brunch experience at TassenKuchen. I hiked (by the metro) all the way to northeast Berlin in order to eat at this restaurant and I was not disappointed. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. The muesli and yogurt was great. They even had bacon (which was the cherry on top)!!! They also have other great confectionery delights here.... More

Went here today to try the cupcakes. Had a devil's food cake cupcake and a chocolate whoopie pie- both were good and fresh, with reasonable prices. The atmosphere of this cafe was also really great- lots of different seating options (tables and chairs, bean bags, and a big family-style table) and natural light. But the best thing about this place... More

Tassenkuchen is a nifty little cafe that's still relatively new to our neighborhood. We're really glad that it's there!! It has a nice fresh atmosphere. Great source for coffee when you need your fix and the blueberry pancakes are also highly recommendable. Tip on the weekend is the "pancake flatrate" :-))

TassenKuchen is the first american all organic Coffeshop in Berlin. Our specialties at TassenKuchen are Scones, Cupcakes, Blondies, Whoopie Pies (We are the only place to offer them in Berlin, that we know off!!!), Pancakes and the "best Cheesecake ever" (Costumer quote).Everything is homemade in the Cafe's kitchen. Our lunch menu changes every day except for our grilled sandwiches. Breakfast is served on saturday and sundays. We offer every week a Whoopie-Pie-Wednesday, vegan-friday-cakes and "all-you-can-eat-sunday".This summer we introduced our homemade popsicles, iced cream sodas and iced teas and of course we have real american iced coffee with real coffee ice cubes, next to iced espresso drinks.
