This is one of the world’s most elegant and accomplished place. Beautiful dining rooms with ultra professional and friendly service. The food is exquisite and surprising. The degustation menu is really vast and varied. In general this is a true overwhelming and unforgettable dining experience.

I don't think you have to over do it. There were guys in suits, but I did not feel it necessary.
