Possibly the best lamb skewers I have had, very flavoursome and tender. Unfortunately we arrived too late in the evening for popular bread and were given a standard alternative which wasn't as soft/fresh as imagined. Fairly pricey for the portions we received but may just be worth it for that lamb. Lovely warm baklava for dessert. Pleasant all in all.

One of Berlin's most popular Turkish restaurants, and for good reason. It has a great local vibe but most important, it has fantastic, unpretentious and absolutely delicious food. Several friends had recommended that we try the lamb dishes, claiming that they were the best in Berlin. They may well be right. My husband had the lamb chops while I had... More

I have been to this restaurant a couple of times! Delicious food and quick service. I highly recommend it although it is not easy to find something to eat if you are a vegetarian. The bread they bake is out of this world.

I happened to eat twice at Hasir and can only confirm the other reviews! Nice staff, good food, reasonable prices. And that Hasir's is busy from noon to night every day, stands for itself. Absolutely worth trying.

We eat here whilst staying at nearby Sana Hotel. Booked a table through open table and when we arrived this caused some confusion. However we got a table and glad we did, food was really good, the bread starter is worth having on it's own! So although the service was a bit "manic", food was great and staff maintained their... great Turkish restaurant which is located in the west side near KDW. The menu offers great selection of Turkish dishes especially grilled meat. The atmosphere is nice and the service is very good.

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
