The restaurant is fairly small and nicely decorated with a pretty dehor. The food on offer is reasonably varied and consistently good although, as an Italian, I would not consider it "traditional" --- but just consider it a place for international food (serving also pizza and pasta dishes) and you won't be disappointed. I had a perfectly cooked sea bream... More

Enjoyed a superbly relaxed meal with a colleague here just last night. Excellent food and a very tasty wine recommended by our hostess. I'm vegetarian so pleased to have a selection that wasn't limited to pizza, as a result of which the beetroot carpaccio made a refreshing, light starter rounded off with a more substantial goat's cheese ravioli in butter... We came here to eat and I have to say it was all very tasty indeed. Nice wines and quick prompt service to begin with. But we had a one hour wait between the first course and main course which was just bizarre considering we had ordered VERY simple main courses. Two steaks and two pasta dishes. It was all... More

When I lived in HH in 2013 and very near this place I ate here a lot perhaps twice a week. It's always been great and sometimes superb. The staff are good and typically studentesque but helpful and most importantly happy. On this occasion the pasta wasn't quite to the usual standard but was good nonetheless just not ‎as good... This little restaurant on one of the nicest streets in Hamburg is a perfect representation of true Italian cooking, teh place is full and you should book in advance. The portions were perfectly sized and flavored to perfection. I had the Truffle pasta as a main, and prawns as a starter, the pasta was amazing. We were greeted by the... More

This lovely restaurant with very friendly and knowledgeable wait staff has one of the best house wines we've ever had. A Montepulciano, only 10 euro for 0.5 L. The outdoor sitting area is quiet and calm amidst the bustle of the Rotherbaum area of Hamburg. Good pizza, very nice pasta (with summer truffles), and well-made desserts.
