I am not sure if that is a good thing or a bad thing. The fact that our tour guide took us here could infer there is a gratuity paid back to the tour company, but since the tour company was paying for the meal...I don't care. The meal was fabulous. We had a set menu to order from. It... More

I try to be very fair with my reviews... hard when needed and praise where earned... so it makes me happy to say that this is absolutely one of my favourite places anywhere on this planet (and I get around). I have been bringing my tour guests here since I began touring the area in 2009 and I am so... More

We had a very nice evening and got some very good food at this cosy old brewery (the only øjne in Wismar). Fair prices on the food but cheap beer :-) and very good as well. I can recomend their own whiskey as well (single malt)

There original recipe dark beer is some of the best beer i have ever had. the dining room had a great feel to it and the pretzels were amazing. we also bought some of... More

This is a lovely place and had a wonderful lunch here. Started off with beer, of course. Followed by Brauers Pfanne (pork steak, chicken steak and rib-eye steak), DELICIOUS!!! The meal came with home fries and vegetables. I did not eat the home fries because they tasted like they were cooked earlier in the day and slightly warmed to be... More

We enjoyed an evening meal here, unfortunately we were not able to sit outside as it was full (I would suggest reserving a table if you would like to sit outside, although inside was very enjoyable). The home brewed beer was delicious and it was interesting to read about the history of the restaurant/brauhaus too. The portions are generous and... More

Just stopped with friends to quench thirst. All three of us ordered Apfelschorle. The palest colouring ever was served and the water was barely fizzy. Did it quench thirst? Yes. Anything else positive about the experience? No.
