Stopped by here to try the beer. The outside standing tables were adequate with heat overhead. The service was great with two servers on the ready to serve glasses of their Altbier. Even better, there was a server making rounds outside to offer various food items such as Leberwurst, Blutwurst, Mettwurst, etc. on bread. I didn't try any of the... More

The atmosphere is very friendly and casual. The beer is definitely one of the best in Dusseldorf!! Very crowded also during weekdays, but you will always find your place, maybe sitting or standing at the same table with other guests!

We were staying in the Holiday In City and this was the first bar that we hit, 14 lads all together were made to feel welcome and the beer was good. Quite quiet for a Friday night but overall a pleasant experience

It is a nice place to visit to enjoy the really and original "Alt Bier" or old beer at Dusseldorf. Also with really good food and the possibility to see how the beer is made live with cool machines. Nice and good food with original plate. The bad thing, the service of some staff members, not nice. On the other... More

In the heart of the Altstadt a private brewery! Top famous Altbier selfmade. The waiters are friendly and you can sit inside and stay outside meeting nice people to talk. If you visit the Altstadt the Uerige is a must. After enjoying it you have just 100 meters to the city hall to the shopping mile or to the ancient... More

The beer is great, and only 2€ and the atmosphere is just very quaint and lovely, the wood carved walls and the rambling secret rooms are surprising and it just feels full of history. Didn't feel too touristy either.

Thank Sibleyls
