Very touristy, good beer brewed on site, but very average food. It's humorous that the waitstaff are all dressed in Bavarian attire. This is Saxony, not Bavaria, but it looks good for the tourists.

This is a great place to eat! Nice atmosphere (beer garden too for warmer weather), English menus, and good service. Some of the best goulash I've ever had, and the other food was pretty good. Hubby and dad loved the beer. Highly recommend.

We were a group of seven people and had a great experience at the Brauhaus eating dinner. The waitress was very attentive and delivered quick service. The food was fresh, homemade, typical from that region. Definitely would recommend that restaurant!
Last Thursday I had a group of 28 people in Wittenberg. I had made arrangements to eat at the Brauhaus in Wittenberg. The people said it was their best meal of our 11 day tour. They loved it. Authentic German food was great.
My review of this facility is sort of mixed. I liked the location, the overall cleanliness, and having a first rate restaurant close at hand. The only downside for me was the lack of an elevator and being on the second floor ( realistically in...More
