One of the best Indian places I have eaten and I have been to a lot. They serve food in these golden goblets and the rice, sauces and dips are just so delicious. The price is good for what you get and it is based right next to the main square with the Erfurt Dome

Surprising big restaurant in centre of Erfurt with good prices, nice staff and quick service. All dishes are served with rice. Business lunch set meals offered as well. The food could be more tasteful for indian restaurant, perhaps more for local taste. Anyway it is a nice option if you are looking for vegetarian food.

We had the lunch special, palak paneer. The food was well prepared, tasty and there was plenty of it. The service was prompt and friendly.

We was here with friend, he is originally from India, told that dishes is very similar to their in India. Some staff also are Indian. I liked all, Madras fish was very tasty, spice, Kari spicy but very tasty. Service is also very good, I liked all. Prices are middle, as in usually in Erfurt. One of the restaurant that... More

Unfriendly stuff and pricy food. I've been to better Indian restaurants. In overall though, food's flavor was okay.

This restaurant is streight at famous Dom in Erfurt. The restaurant was really full. You need to make reservation ahead. The servis was good and the food really great and tasty. If you like exotic cuisine u will be very satisfied. We recommend.

They just put you up in a table in the outmost corner of the redtaurant, meant for menus and/or dogs. Nobody. Nobody attends to you. I didn't get the chance to taste their gourmet paneer. End of story.

I love Indian food and during my extensive travels in India, I was able to savor authentic Indian dishes. Although the food at this restaurant was delicious, it has obviously been adapted to the German taste buds. However, for the more courageous food lovers out there, they have several "spicey" options to choose from such as mild (for the tourists)... More

Sunday night toward end of our time in Germany. Completely fine Indian food, not as good as back home in Houston, but nice spicy condiments and lots of veg options. Comfortable decor and right on Dom Platz.

It is difficult to negotiate gluten free options with much of the traditional Thuringian food so the Bombay offers a great option for those needing GF food in Erfurt. The food is great and the staff was pretty knowledgeable about GF options. Highly recommended.
