Carmen Aben Humeya is a quaint upscale restaurant tucked in a small paseo near plaza san nicolas. It affords you the best dining with a view, truly something special. Everything that can be served is high quality, from wines to choice of meats. I also never tasted olive oil as rich and exquisite as they serve in Aben. If you... More

We originally ate at this restaurant because our B&B proprietor next door (las Tres Terrazas) recommended it. Because we enjoyed our meal so much, we ate there all 3 nights while in Granada. The food was consistently wonderful, the atmosphere was romantic, we had a full view of the Alhambra, and the waitresses (Esther and Vanessa) were friendly, attentive, and... More

From start to finish, the meal and ambiance were delightful. The restaurant provided complementary portions of gazpacho and polenta with miso glaze. Both were exceptional. Then we shared seasoned tomatoes and a lamb and chicken entree. Everything was perfectly prepared, and our waitress made sure our dinner was at the relaxed pace we wanted. The Alhambra seemed close enough to... More

We sat in a small glassed-in patio on a chilly April evening, had well-presented meals, good drinks, unobtrusive service at a very fair price while gazing at Alhambra in the twilight. Memorable evening! Call ahead to reserve.

As the title says the alhambra's view is incredible ! For Appetizer we took eggplant fried with honey . Then I had the beef with truffle and she had the tuna. And for dessert pinonos. To summarize: the food was great, The service very good.

We were told that this restaurant would be a good place to get an evening view of the Alhambra. Instead we decided to go there at lunchtime with our young daughter. The views are truly unbelievable especially on a bright and sunny day. It felt special. The food is also excellent and matched by the service. The walk up the... More

In short, the view of the Alhambra was unbeatable. Get there just before sunset. But the main thing is the food. Our meal was outstanding for its unusual and delectable use of flavors, local and otherwise. The chef and his assistant are superb and creative, and the staff extremely solicitous and helpful. It's a small place, not crowded, not noisy.... More

Our first restaurant night in Spain also proved to be one of our best. The views are incredible, but, the food, ambience and level of attention by the staff was most impressive. Our Spanish language level is poor, but, we were made to feel at home. Suggestions were made regarding the menu items and the wine pairings were spot on.... More

Visited here with my husband tonight. Fantastic views of the Alhambra lit up at night. Attentive and friendly staff who coped excellently with our lack of Spanish. The menu is well thought out and a nice choice of dishes they do excellently. They suggest you consider your pudding before your other choices - too true. It is ll delicious and... More

After you head to Mirador de San Nicolas which has the most fantastic view of Alhambra, walk one street down to this wonderful restaurant. It has equally a mesmerizing view, only closer and the house the restaurant is in is a typical house from many hundreds of years ago. Even the bathroom has the beautiful view of Alhambra. The food...
