Booked in advance for our first night in Saville. We weren't sure what to expect but we had delicious and beautifully presented dishes, quirky touches... the washing line chorizo and test tube sangria. Initially we thought the service was a bit slow but things improved. Very innovative food served exquisitly.

Az Zait offers a unique way of dining. Not only is presentation unique, but the food was very good. I believe it is mentioned in the Michelin guide, but does not have a Michelin Star. We had the tasting menu. I can't quite remember all the dishes, but we had a soup served inside a marble egg that was delicious.... More

The tapas is gorgeous here in this Michellan style restaurant. Dress up as it's more of a special night out without the price tag. Our favourites were the salmorejo which comes with olive oil ice cream and popping candy, the suckling pork, the Patata bravas with cumin and yoghurt & mushroom cannelloni. We had mataromerra wine and cava by the... More

we had the eight-dish tasting menu, paired with a bottle of red wine, and did not regret it. highlights: - salami served hanging on a line with colorful clothespins - salty and flavorful olive paste served with a small wooden spoon on a slab of rock, which we spread on basket bread - an incredible pork tataki, served with dried... We are three vegetarians and one meat/fish eater and we visited on Christmas Day for dinner. Unfortunately this meant that they had not been to the market and had no fresh vegetables. So they prepared a few of their menu items for us - minus the meat/fish with no additional fresh items added for the same price. The result was... More

The cuisine is unusual and special, service is good and the atmosphere is very conducive to enjoyment. Our dinner included asparagus and cannelloni con cepes and and an extraordinary desert not to mention some addictive local wines that were recommended by the friendly staff.

we had the four course tasting menu and also asked for their recommendation for a glass of wine to go with each course and were thoroughly impressed. Each course was a complete surprise, both in presentation and, more importantly, in flavour. Strange but wonderful combinations of ingredients, for example a cold tomato and red pepper soup with suger christals and... More

We were a group of 16 people, invited by a person from Sevilla - so they knew what they did. And it was splendid. It started with an excellent Salmorejo (this Andalusian soup that everybody makes differently), followed by the typical fried "balls" served in what looked like an egg box but made of porcelain. Then came what was for... More

We did the tasting menu and were not disappointed. Presentation was beautiful; each dish arrived on its own specially shaped ceramic dish. The sausage tapas arrived on a little clothes hanger with tiny clothes pegs. A sangria at the end of the dinner arrived in a test tube. We had a delicate swordfish carpaccio followed by foie which arrived dressed... More
