There is a choice of the three set menus including wine. We chose the 28 Euro menu which consisted of three courses. The waiter explained the courses very well and our selection proved to be an excellent choice, every course was well presented and cooked to perfection. The chefs combinations of the food within the courses was imaginative and worked... More

Go for the "Luna Llena" (full moon) menu: 6 courses accompanied each by selected wines. And this for a price of less than 40 €!

Wonderful candle light dining on a terrace in good weather. Try the chocolate mousse with "spices" ... Cardamom, pepper, sea salt sprinkled on top! Sea bass was also good. Everything beatifully presented and very professional staff.

The restaurant is elegant with a relaxing atmosphere. The food is contemporary style using local ingredients and some local recipes from Aragón. The prices are very good. When the weather's good, the terrace is awesome to enjoy a meal outside with great views. The Maitre'd is very kind and helpful.

Staying in the hotel on checking in were advised to book a table for dinner as gets busy even though mid week. There was no chance to find a table for the weekend so may well have had two visits if had booked ahead before reaching Zaragoza. The restaurant seems quite small for the size of the hotel. Perhaps more... More

We ate here one night, really nice meal out on the terrace. My starter was a bit unusual, however mains and desert were really nice. Ordered a brandy, left it up to waiter to decide (turned out to be €17 and wouldn't rave about it) but the experience was great as it's not often an Irish man and his wife... More

We stopped here on our way to Barcelona: the food was good, not great. The decor is nice but having to go through the whole hotel is a bit of pain. The service is good too. There's not a lot of negative things I could say but that everything was good to ok. Nothing spectacular. I recommend the solomillo.

Description
The Restaurante Celebris is to be found at the heart of the Hotel Hiberus.

With its simple but meticulous interior decoration which strives for intimacy, bathed in natural light, this hotel is a meeting point for those who wish to view the city from another angle.

The privileged location of the Restaurante Celebris, together with its surroundings, are part of its unmistakeable stamp, which is inherent through cooking subtle flavours, open to the world, daringly but quietly fusing together the cultures and produce from here and there.

The Lunas del Ebro menu is the restaurant's gastronomic proposal. It is an open menu with a fixed price which is renewed every three months, offering the best products of the season.

The restaurant has a private room for any time of the year, and a large terrace, for those who enjoy dining in the open air when the good weather arrives. In summer there is live music in the evenings.

Its cuisine is complemented with its wine cellar which comprises over 150 national wines.
