Service was very bad on Sunday morning. Waiting over 45 minutes for the breakfast . Inexcusable and the restaurant wasn't busy.

What a chaos! Booked and got the confirmation for a reservation with a dog. When we came to the restaurant they informed us that we cannot have the dog with us not even on the terrace. The staff have absolutely no clue whatsoever about anything....When I asked why was my reservation approved even though I specified we have a dog they couldn’t give any answer. On top of that the staff English is really bad. They could barely articulate a couple of words in English. Awful experience. If you have a dog and want to take it here simply don’t!! It will ruin your evening. NOT recommending this place. Unprofessional and not so well spoken staff.More

After a very long day we stopped by in this restaurant to grab some food. We found a table alone. Noone from the staff approched to us for another 15 minutes. We were completely ignored. Apparently, we needed a reservation, but it was surprising since...the restaurant was half full. Noone had decency to explain us the policy of the restaurant. A member of a group approached to the waiter, who was giving vague explanations about taking orders and avoided to answer any questions a member asked him. The staff required from us to change the tables and the orders weren't taken for another 10 minutes. We got our food almost after 50 minutes. The staff members treated us poorly. The communication was downright unprofessional. The food itself wasn't bad at all, but the waiter who served us didn't behave as a hospitality professional. Ispite of decent food, I suggest avoiding the restaurant.More

Never had I ordered an item at a restaurant and the server just brings whatever she likes instead of informing me that they did not have my choice. This happened at Tilia at a dinner. Staff were informed but seem unconcerned. Food was way overpriced....I knew prices might be higher at this hotel restaurant but this still was too high for what I got. $25 US for one beer and 2 appetizers. I would not recommend and would never go back there. Skip this place and go into the city as there is nothing else nearby.More

This review is a little late, we visited in September 2019 but only just getting round to writing this. The restaurant is a little out of the way but worth taking the time to find. We went for Saturday lunch, there were probably 5-6 other...tables occupied. We sat on one of the high tables looking into the kitchen and tried one of the tasting menus with matching wines. The quality of the food and cooking was outstanding. Each course was well presented and there was enough of it. Wines were different and not was I would have chosen but different in a positive way and showed off different Spanish wine makers. Service was great and I think overall good value for money. I would highly recommend based on this visit.More

The place is really nice. However, the service is a disaster (slow, absent, not clear...). On a Monday night by 9pm they had run out of 80% (!!!) of the menu. Ridiculous.

The restaurant was recently reopened after the Covidcrise. The menu was fine. The marinated sardines and the bonitofish tasted well. Outside diner was possible.

This place is part of the hotel Arima and located in the cellar / ground floor of the hotel. I was a bit disappointed because we visited Misura on a Friday evening, prime time and there was only one other table occupied. The tables give...you a grand view on the glass paneled kitchen. Impressive you see all the works. We started with tuna which was good, but lacked the smoothness as you might expect. I took the pork roast which a bit too difficult to cut. Coffee, espresso was fine. Not a cheap option, you dine in an fine ambience but the empty chairs around you makes you wonder.More

Vegetables at last!! in a lovely quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Cooked to perfection and and creatively put together for the eye. We loved the variation, gentleness of the staff, the excellent wine. Starters are usully a choice of vegetable dishes, mains include fish and meat,...mouthwatering deserts to finish. The price was very reasonable too. Thank you!More

Loved all aspects of it: fresh, vegetable heavy creative dishes, setting and ambiance. A bit outside the city but it all makes sense for a restaurant like this.

Basque cuisine is wonderful but can be a little heavy. We needed some vegetables and chose this restaurant . The food was perfect . We would definitely come back the next time that we are in San Sebastián.

We had heard amazing things about Misura, but the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The journey starts when you get into the dinning room: a host walks you in with a warm smile, while you see the passionate cookers across huge pieces of glass preparing...their own small works of art. In terms of food, it is the perfect intersection of healthy and tasty ingredients, thoughtfully combined to create the best dishes in San Sebastián. In particular, I would recommend the octopus with potatoes and the tuna Tataki. Although prices are in the upper range among other restaurants in San Sebastián, the whole experience is totally worth it. I encourage you all to go, give it a try, and fell in love with this unique gem of Pais Vasco.More

Prices are not expensive at all for the kind of restaurant it is. It's a gastronomic restaurant, with really nice plates, where you can eat for 40-50€.
