Came here after TripAdvisor told me it was number seven of 632 restaurants in San Sebastián. Seriously? Was that some kind of sick joke? The decor was straight out of the 80s which was amusing at first as we were happy to stick around and judge the place by its food. When the food arrived our amusement faded. The ingredients... More

From the moment we entered this charming restaurant we were welcomed and made to feel special. The food was delicious and the presentation of each dish including the amouse bouche was lovely. We had 2 of the fish dishes, and we enjoyed both. The merluza had a very tasty olive oil sauce, and the bacalao had a savory piquillo pepper... More

Not in the most charing of steets but a charming interior. Pleasant welcome, extensive menu and fantastic no-nonse cooking with top notch ingredients

We had a late lunch on New Years eve and the food, presentation and decor were all first class. My husbands main course of pork was judged stunning and my fish soup starter excellent. The desserts and cheese were beautifully presented and delicious. After a complimentary Cava we asked for a wine recommendation and this was reasonably priced and also... More

Visited this restaurant for the second time. The first time was 2 years ago and we vividly remembered the great lobster salad we had eaten so were really looking forward to having it again. When we arrived at the restaurant at 2pm we found it a bit chilly and it did not seem to get any warmer. We were seated... More

We wanted to try a restaurant that specializes in Spanish cuisine for lunch, and we found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. We were definitely NOT disappointed! Thank you to the fellow travellers and reviewers for recommending this restaurant! The restaurant offers a large variety of meats and seafood. We opted for the seafood, and enjoyed every dish! We started the meal... More

Two couples. Enjoyed the set menu for €50 which included a cocktail, a generous and delicious salad with a half lobster, a choice of fish or steak both extremely well cooked and received, dessert and coffee. The meal was so good we came back a second night. Very quite, friendly, and good service. The waiter in the first night was... More

We were a bit nervous whether, or not, the restaurant would let us in with a pram and two- month old baby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant has a really family feel about it and the staff seem to have been working together for a long time. We liked it. Try the lobster salad, but choose... More

We visited Lanzeigo on the recommendation of our landlady in Pension Bikain and we certainly were not disappointed. We visited this restaurant in August of this year during our two-day staying in San - Sebastian. A good quiet place with good-quality cuisine, courteous staff and good service. However, the seafood soup is better to cooking on a fish broth, but not - on a shrimp broth. If you want to visit a restaurant in the traditional sense of... More
