Very helpful pleasant staff, very good live sports coverage for those that want it, good music, place looks tired needs a lick of paint but overall a good bar

sometimes you fall lucky and find a bar on your first night - this bar caters for the football and sports lovers but when the matches are over you can sit and enjoy a late drink and listen to hits of the 60s and 70s - the staff are so friendly thye will stand and chat for as long as... More

I live here and took my mum who is visiting last week to watch Elvis. he was fantastic! Not only a fantastic singer, but very funny. We returned again tonight to watch Elvis but Unfortunately I was driving and I am a very fussy coffee drinker, so when my coffee came too milky ai just left it. The owner/manager was... More

Very nice breakfast served by the most miserable staff. It costs nothing to smile and say thank you . If your business survives on repeat business it won't keep going with staff like you employ, enough said. We visited on the morning of Tuesday 8th November.

We enjoyed a couple of entertaining nights at the Anchor with their resident vocalists when we stepped out of our nearby hotel for a little change. Prices are reasonable with a cooling sea breeze giving a great end to a hot day's sunbathing.

We popped in every day for a drink during our holiday and also had lunch there a couple of days. Food is very very good - they have quite an extensive menu - portions are very generous and very good value for money. Staff are also very friendly

Popped in for a pint (paying 4 euro for a Perroni seemed steep!) and as they have Sky TV on I had a decent chance to catch up on the news etc. Friendly staff but it just wasn't for me. A lot of people eating what looked like nice home cooked food but there was no wi-fi which other bars... More
