Been there twice this holiday, food is amazing simply cooked great fish. You get a choice of what ever fish they have on the blackboard. I would advise booking as there are only Two people working and one sit a limited number of guests a night.

We had a sea food platter of prawns, mussels, two types of white fish, octopus and more - all to die for - and served by an excellent well informed waitress. Add a good value bottle of wine. Superb evening.

When I was laying on the Jardin beach, I thought about visiting of a restaurant in front of the ocean. However I decided and went, I wanted to try a bonito fish. Very beautiful seniora (waitress or a chef, I don't know) said the wonderful phrase when I asked when would a bonito. Her answer I very liked, "Sea knows".... More

And served with great style and attention to detail in a wonderful location with a great view. The selection will depend on what the local fishermen have caught and what is in season unless you have booked ahead and discussed what might be available. On Saturday we had fresh burro split and simply cooked in oil and garlic with salad... More

We went to Tambo for lunch. The location is absolutely incredible, right on the rocks and out on a headland. It's not easy to find or find a parking space but well worth the trouble. Octopus was lovely and very cheap and the seafood spaghetti was excellent too.

Last October four of us had the fish platter for four people, excellent food in a wonderful setting, right on the rocks, watching the waves roll in. Service was great with very friendly staff and the prices very reasonable. Very good fish menu, I'd recommend the place highly. From Puerto de la Cruz you can walk to Tambo, about 45... More

One of the best meals we've ever had. Simple, unpretentious surroundings shift the focus to the crashing waves below. Seafood was fresh, perfectly cooked and plentiful. Service was friendly and attentive with efforts to accommodate our 16 month old daughter. So glad we went.

Normally Canarios are very friendly. May be Puerto Cruz and Punta Brava are overcrowded so some people - even a modest restaurant - think - friendliness is not included. It's mediocre. And I won't go any more .

Wonderful tiny restaurant overlooking the sea. Slight problem with one dish not being cooked to our taste which was rectified immediately. Truly superb seabass.
