We found this restaurant here in Tripadvisor and decided to go there without reservation. Lucky about the good wether in December we could get a table outside in the sun. The menu and driks were served quite quick, but then it seems that the waiters forgot about us. The next table - arrived minutes after us - could order first,... More

The restaurant was quite near our hotel and having read good reviews decided to try for ourselves. We didn't book and would probably recommend this as the restaurant is quite small. Prices are a bit expensive but we stuck to the Menu del dia and we were not disappointed. Everything we had was good. As was the service and the... More

Visited this restaurant in summer. Absolutely outstanding Food. They are not not afraid to combine flavours that traditionally would not be combined. I believe I had a grilled sirloin with caramel topping accompanied by a drop of aceto balsamico , menthol and sweet pepper together with an onion compote. Flavour sensation! Pricing very good. We choose the menu. 3 courses... More

The slow-cooked, acorn fed pork is one of the best dishes I have eaten in my entire life. Sitting on the terrace is very pleasant. Service attentive and friendly.

After wandering the shady streets of Toledo we were looking for a warm sunny place to have a light lunch. The place down the street was full but Orza was empty and we thought that something was wrong with the place. Within minutes of us sitting down the patio was full of other diners!! The menu is quite expensive relative... More

Little more than a month ago, my wife and I visited Toledo for two days. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit, and a big part of this was our second day meal at this Meson. We opted for the menu of the day. The salads and grilled vegetables we had as appetizers were perfectly prepared, fresh, nicely combined, and beautifully presented.... More

We had a very good meal here and was not disappointed. Reasonably priced at €75.00 (£60) for two 3 course dinners including a large glass of wine each. The food was delicious and the service good. Only drawback is a minor point - there potato and vegetables were very small portions, so you may wish to order a side dish.

For a month, my wife and I toured Portugal and Spain and this was the best meal we had for the whole month. Our local tour guide recommended it as her favorite restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll admit that our Californian taste buds were a little weary of every local dish in Spain, this meal was just right... More
