Gotta have the Mushrooms stuffed with bacon, and the lamb stew. Boeuno. Look for El Lamar de Isilla Vino Tinto. The chocolate mousse is also very good❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Great food. Fast efficient staff. Great prices. Always busy. We spent 3 days in Burgos and visited a number of tapas spots, but this was our favorite. Just watching the staff handle all the people...and they were so friendly.
Casa Pancho can be busy, but it's definitely worth it. Staff is friendly and food is great. After my flight to Madrid and bus to Burgos the first place I stopped was here. You need to know very little Spanish to get by here, just the basics. Can't go wrong with a cojonuda or really anything else on the menu.... More
A perfect place if you want to stop somewhere for tapas, or you want to sit down and have an appetizer and entree. Impeccable service and friendly staff.
Staff is outstanding. So much fun with them. Food is very good and the wine selection is a joy. Good place at anytime.
We had the fish soup and garlic soup. Both were outstanding. Had a local wine with lunch at a very reasonable price. Dessert -- Leche Frita was a milk custard that was light and sweet. The price was Outstanding. The service was some of the best we've had in Spain--we sat at the bar. The tapas were hot, plentiful and... More
We were in Burgos and dropped in to this restaurant for lunch without a reservation. We had such a great time. Not speaking more than the basic 10 words of Spanish, we wondered how we would go. It could not have been any better. Our waiter was such a wonderful person. He helped us with the menu, worked through the... More
This was one of the busiest tapas joints in Burgos! Full of Spanish speaking people and everyone enjoying the food. We particularly liked the morcilla and the champignons. The waiters are friendly and serving with pace and precision.
We had a meal, but most people were enjoying tapas... Started with some fantastic red peppers stuffed with a boletus sauce, followed by some delicious veal in an excellent red wine sauce and also accompanied with wild boletus mushrooms....my favourite. Great Brandy to finish off with and an excellent waitress. It goes to show what can be achieved. One waiter... More
