Of course you have a good meal, but feels pricey for what you get. Staff was slightly arrogant for our taste, should be aware about it

Thank you Víctor, this was one of the best dinner we ever had, better than some of the S.Pellegrino top 50 we've been to. Certainly the best in Salamanca. It is not really a fusion of Peruvian and local cuisine, it is more like an...More

I don't want to complain, merely to ensure that others are not caught unawares as we were. Our dislike for this expensive and much-praised restaurant was our own fault arising from poor research. The key to enjoying this restaurant is to desire the strong Peruvian...More

We opted for the short menu and each plate was an absolute treat - fabulously combined, intense flavours. The restaurant itself is very pleasant, lots of room between tables, service was perfect and the amount of food served was ideal. Well worth the money.

We were pretty excited to eat at Victor Gutierrez as it was our first Michelin star restaurant. Unfortunately we were the only customers in the entire restaurant and while the staff were great and the food wonderful, we felt that we were missing part of...More

Our hotel arranged for a lunchtime reservation at Victor Gutierrez where we stepped out of the mid summer heat to enjoy a variety of creative entrees and main dishes that were prepared to perfection and complemented by a nice Galician white wine with the fish...More

We enjoyed lunch at this Peruvian/Spanish restaurant. We had the six courses lunch followed by a glass of Ochoa Moscatel. Excellent service, creative food in a quiet and friendly atmosphere.

Great service, creative peruvian/spanish food in an elegant and serene atmosphere. We had six-courses lunch that included shrimp, local sparagus, scallops wit yellow pepper, local salmon, venisson and desserts followed by a glass of Moscatel.
