Super crowded restaurant serving good reasonably priced tapas and pinchos, if you go later near the Spanish people"s dinner time (after 9) the queue can be quite long. Loved the grilled Spanish peppers, baby octopus deep fried in batter. A lovely restaurant to go for good Spanish fare...

It is really hard to get a table. But the wait is worthy. A huge selection of local tastes. With no miss. Everything fresh and pleasing senses. Solid selection of wine by the glass. Amazing grilled peppers. Hams and seafood to remember. Loud and vibrant ambience around. Go with friends. Laugh and celebrate.

We asked in our hotel if they could advise us about where to find good tapas and this place was the recommendation. I expected an over priced sort of place and to be fair it was fine. We struggled a bit with the menu as we were not sure what to do for the best? Eventually we settled for the... More

Is  truth what  they write on T.A  is busy restaurant.. We found table  but  some  other people had  to  wait  few minutes.  I didn't  got  why is so busy .We  try  many  different dishes  but ... Really enjoyed the food here. Unfortunately, we didn't capture all the food as we were too hungry (haha!). The eggs on crispy potato fries was delicious. I'd also recommend the deep fried Camembert that is coated in nuts and comes looking like a popsicle. The beef was amazing too. Yum yum!

Usually I steer far far away from city centers when looking for traditional food. But this is not the case with CC. This place has an extensive menu of traditional tapas that truly cannot be beat. Come here with a group of friends and order an array of tapas to share. If there is a wait snag a cold brew... More

We were told that the Tapas were great, but that it would be crowded at lunch time and we should expect to wait. We were there about 2PM and it was crowded, but we grabbed two seats at the bar and were glad. It was fun seeing all the dishes of food set out. We told the waitress which ones... More

They have one of the best Tapas and Spain food in town. The place is really fancy and you need to have a reservation to go or you can wait for at least 30 minutes to have a table. But the place is incredible. Locals love it

Finally was able to eat at this always busy bar! Great for tapas and wine/beer and be amongst the locals! Just find a spot at the bar, sit down, order a bottle of wine and order some tapas! Viva Barcelona!

Great tapas at great prices. We turned up with no reservation on Sunday lunch time and were seated upstairs. Great atmosphere - very large gins.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
