We decided to visit this place after reading reviews on a blog and we did right. When we visited there were some empty tables so we managed to find one easily. But after a while it was more difficult so i guess it depends on...More

This is an absolute gem. Probably the best churros we've ever had. My wife and I absolutely loved it. And definitely recommend the chocolate to go with it. Only thing is the staff's English isn't very good so helpful to know a few words of...More

Lovely place, in the style of a great Gelato Café but it's all about the cream! We ordered a large hot chocolate (with cream on top) and a plate of chiros. Big grins all round! Cash only.

Read good things about this place but was really disappointed. Granted we walked in fairly close to closing time, but staff were incredibly and unnecessarily rude, slamming plates and trays down to make people get a move on and standing next to tables cross armed...More

Delicious fresh and hot churros with fresh chocolate sauce. Busy yet cosy place for some fresh and good drinks and bites. It’s really worth the wait!

Lovely place we happened to walk past and decided to eat a quick lunch there. We also took their special chocolate pepitta, beautiful thick chocolate"milk" (more like pudding) and it was delicious! Cheap, delicious and authentic. The only problem was that they had to turn...More

Great sweet treat to interrupt your walking around town. Hot chocolate is very nice, you dip the churros in it and the match is perfect.

Our new friends in BCN wanted to show us their city, the way they do things. First stop was this really cool chocolate shop off the normal path. In business for over 150 years, the quality and selections are the reason why!

We needed coffee and a small bite in between breakfast and our luncheon. This cofféshop has a tremendous atmosphere and tradition. The waiters enjoyed eachother and the customers and we all fell into a cordial mood. It also serves excellent coffee and cakes.

Efficient staff with quick service, plenty of option in the menu with reasonable price at one of the busiest area of Barcelona (Other than the slightly pricey hot chocolate). Good coffee, delicious churros, decent sandwiches, a great place to have breakfast!!

El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this
gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an
excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic
spots in the entire city. A sense of humble
authenticity protrudes from the many independent
record stores, second hand shops, and student bars
that seem to light up the streets day and night. The
rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day

Since 1870, the Barcelonians have visited our central establishment in search of a good breakfast or snack in a familiar and welcoming atmosphere. Here you can find the typical Catalan cream, hot chocolate with cream and churros and a wide assortment of cold meats and dairy products, many of them of own elaboration.
