A friend introduce me to the Potala. I left part of my heart in Nepal and Tibet in one of my recent trip and finding the flavors and tastes of that region, was a very nice surprise. You can indulge trying different foods. Portions are small and allow you to make multiple orders, so you can experiment if you are... More

Fine dishes, serene atmosphere and cordial service are the main characteristics of this lovely restaurant. Tibetan specialities adapted to the western palate with the spirit of the several cultures that since centuries ago use the Tibetan passes to connect the different Asian regions.

We love Asian food and were expecting much of this restaurant. Half of the dishes on the menu were unavailable and the dishes brought to use were either wrong ones or nearly uneatable. The beef was awfully tough, the chicken dry and tasteless. The only positive thing were the dumplings (even though we didn't even order them). Even the waitress... More

We were in Barcelona for 5 nights. This restaurant is in a convenient location - close to La Sagrada Família and av. Diagonal and getting there is very easy. Also our hotel (Hotel Aranea) was just one block away, so it was easy for us to drop in for late night snacks. If you want to try Tibetan and Nepalese... More

We just ate at this very nice family run restaurant. My wife has been craving for Indo-Chinese foodies (like noodles and momos that we used to eat in India) and today we were relieved to find such food here in Barcelona. We were pleasantly surprised with the flavor as it was better than we were expecting. For those of you... More

The quality of food was good, but honestly the quantity for the price, was more an aperitive than a dinner! Advice don t get the menu!

Overall it was a nice first time experience with trying Tibetan dishes. Tried everything we ordered and liked everything except for the salted tea with milk, the tea was fine it was the milk that I didn't care for but the tea came with milk :-( The restaurant is decorated with pictures of Tibetan landscapes and famous places in Tibet,... Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
