My mum and I recently visited PerBacco! on our trip to Barcelona. The food was delicious, plenty of vegetarian options and the service was excellent.

Came for lunch with two children and had three pizzas. All were great and the kids got to see how the maestro prepared the pizzas!

We visited this Italian restaurant tonight and experienced beautiful food with great service and surprisingly reasonable prices. I would highly recommend. Tony, County Armagh, Ireland

My fiancé and I came here because we weren't really enjoying Spanish food. The food quality is similar to an avarage restaurant in Italy but it's good compared to what you can get at the average restaurant in Barcelona. Pizza is more of a southern style even though they use oregano instead of basil and pasta is well made (al... More

Enjoyed dinner at PerBacco in late March. Had a reservation but it was not required as there were plenty of tables available. Simply put, everything was very delicious, the wine was local and spectacular. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Per Bacco was in the neighbourhood when I visited, so I gave it a try and was suprised - what an extremely yummy Pizza I had here! There were also lunch specials including three other Pizzas, a starter and/or a a soft drink 10€ if I remember it right, anyway it sounded very inviting. But I decided on the Pizza... More

Lovely little place, filled with locals and tourists alike. Menu is in Spanish, Italian and English. Great selection of starters (we had bocconcini and a carpaccio of veal), we opted for pizza and calzone but the other mains sounded fantastic too. Excellent wine selection and nice service too. Would definitely recommend!

A quiet and cozy place. Went there with family because of good reviews and it didn't disappoint, but didn't blow my mind either. The setting is nice, service was friendly, the pizzas were great, but out of three, one came a little late and one was cold. But I will definitely go there again to try the pasta.

Thank Halldór H

PerBacco! is a restaurant and pizzeria that brings traditional Italian cuisine to Barcelona. You will find a variety of typical dishes, as well as the best risottos, pastas and, of course, pizzas. Massimo Boi, Italian Chef, has more than 20 years of experience in restaurants and Hotels. He has worked in Italy, Switzerland, UK and Spain. In 2009, Massimo opened PerBacco! Italy has never been so close to Barcelona! Our opening hours are from 12.30Pm to 3.30Pm (lunch) and 8.30Pm to 11.30Pm (dinner). We are closed on Saturdays during lunch time (we do open in the evening) and on Sundays, the whole day.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
