Went for lunch without reservation... the restaurant was full, so we had lunch on a bar. The staff was really friendly and our plates came fast (even dough the place was full), really great food! Worth a visit!

We had hommos with a small quantity of Bread, we asked to have some more, instead of notify us that it would be charged, they just said ok and then when we ordures to the bill we saw it (not for the additional 2... We were two couples who found the restaurant fully booked but were able to have a full dinner for four people in the bar. For some reason we got the impression that it might be some sort of superfood health restaurant. Luckily, we were served one delicious dish after another. The 3,5 stars recommendation in Trip Advisor definitely does not... More

This is a contemporary approach to tapas. Nice modern restaurant in terms of interior design but the taste of the food was average. Not bad, not something that would have me return back.

We arrived in Barcelona on Friday evening, got a taxi to our hotel and walked over to Mordisco, located in a quiet pedestrian street between the Passeig de Gracia and the Rambla Catalunya. The restaurant has a contemporary design with several rooms around a central bar and nicely decorated with artworks. We were seated in the winter garden, which is... More

Great place with a more "fresh" approach to tapas. Make sure you have the artichokes, the Jamon and the Octopus. My favorite place in Barcelona.

A little hidden away gem of a restaurant. Very busy staff when full which u might have to expect; don't be too impatient! Excellent dishes which my wife really appreciated. Just right for the three of us.

Good location, great food shame about the rude and inattentive staff,... straight away after setting foot in the door no mention of good evening or welcome was offered. Simply hustled to our seats, courses where mixed up, (mains came before starters) cutlery missing, slow service and a VERY rude manager/hostess all lead to a very disappointing date night for my... El Mordisco is back.

With the same atmosphere but in a different place and with different management.

Situated in front of the restaurant Tragaluz, next to the Paseo de Gracia, makes it an ideal place for lunch, dinner or for having a drink. Alone or accompanied, the kitchen is open all day and the store has a selection of wine, selected canned goods and dishes from the menu to take out.

An agile place, appetising and with quality products.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
