Bella Italia is a tiny trattoria in Roger de Lluria, the place is very packed and you can see the oven and kitchen where the meals are prepared.
The food is great, while they do serve traditional Italian-Napoletan food like pasta the pizza is the star of the show; the dough is very tasty and the toppings are also very good.
The best thing about the place is their lunch menu offer, you can get an appetizer (usually a loaf of bread with tomato and rucula), a large drink, a pizza of the daily selection and either dessert or coffee, all for 8€!
You can otherwise choose a pizza and it will come to about 11€. There's also the option of a single dish meal for 8€ or a two dish meal for 11€.
The service is great, all the staff are polite and cheerful. If you speak Italian, you will feel right at home, as I'm sure the staff is all from Italy.
I come regularly because I live very close by and the offer of a delicious pizza, drink and dessert for 8€ is very hard to resist.
They also do takeaway and deliveries.

We dropped by this restaurant today by passing and already noticed very good smell and atmosphere.
This restaurant were so busy so we’d been waiting for quite long time, but the staffs cared for us in the mean time and got us free drinks due to the unexpected long waiting time, which was so considerate.
We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 pastas (with the staff’s recommendation). All foods were super good and authentic. Also All staffs were super kind and cared us all the time while we were eating. Every moment we experienced in this restaurant was absolutely great and I would strongly recommend to visit and enjoy dinner!

We arrived at 20:45 at the restaurant, but we had no reservation and the place was full, we were asked about to eat at a bar table, we told the waitress (Renata) that it will be okay for us. She told us many times that she is sorry that we have to eat there, but they have no free tables, we already told her that it is not a problem for us. Reanata gave us bruschettas for apologize, but there was no need for it, by the way it was very delicious. Soon we ordered a margherita pizza it was 7,50 €, it was enough for both of us, it was very delicious as well. While we ate the pizza we saw the tiramisu which was served for someone other, it looked very good so we ordered one, I just don't have to tell you that it was unforgettable... The only problem is that the place is closed on Friday. If we come back to Barcelona in the future we will look out for this place, I can only reccomend it to anyone who loves the italian foods and the warm welcoming places. Thanks for everything Renata, your service was more then perfect.

Bella Italia its a nice and cozy place. Daily menu has a super reasonable prize, including their delicious pizzas. Portions are correct, you can eat a pizza as a main and have also a starter, for a price that I’ve not seen in Barcelona for years. Food has an excellent quality, with tastes and flavours that could come from any italian nonna.

This is my absolute favorite Italian restaurant in Barcelona. This is a gem that I came across when I was walking by and they had pizzetas outside for 1€. The dough is amazing, I had a coffee and then I was addicted.
The menu changes daily & for 10€, you have bruschetta, first plate, second plate or pizza & coffee or dessert. They have never failed me & I have loved everything they have made.
Anna in the kitchen is an amazing chef & the staff hustles hard every day. The servers make you feel at home & the owner is the nicest, most hospitable person!
I eat here quite often, they make it hard not to lol.
The restaurant is cozy, always warm & cool 1980s movie on the TV. Make a reservation or get there early, as it gets packed.
Definitely check it out & it will soon become one of your favorites!

This tiny restaurant is a standout. It's pretty much a little hole in the wall. But, try their delicious pizzas or excellent pasta dishes and you will become a fan and return to this little gem in Barcelona.
The pizzas are thin and have the perfect amount of cheese and sauce. They are delectable. The pasta dishes also are also wonderful. Food is simply presented but always fresh and tasty. The wait staff is friendly and professional. You just have to make a reservation because the place is small and gets packed.
During the afternoons on weekdays for lunch Bella Italia offers a prix-fixe menu that is a complete bargain. If you forget to make a reservation be prepared to wait, but this restaurant is worth it.

We got a package of 4-courses meal with snacks, pizza, pasta and dessert.. including wine, water, coffee and limoncello. Everything was worth the price and very good. The place is cosy and small but very charming.. Come hungry!!

Just went there for dinner, and wow!!! Very tasty, super abundant portions, and sooo cheap, considering especially the quality of food! Daniele, the waiter, started offering us 2 bruschettas: the tastiest tomatoes I ever ate!! We ordered then a “tagliere bella Italia”, a mix of different things which was already enough to feel full. But then we were told we could try different pizzas and pasta until we could bot eat anymore. Final result: we are full, extremely happy and just spent only 20€! I’m gonna tell everyone for sure, these guys deserve this review!! Good and very friendly service as well! Thanks, Daniele!

We had a short wait during lunch and had to wait outside, and someone was kind enough to bring us bruschetta while we waited which was thoughtful and unexpected. Once we were seated, our server spoke English, which I also didn't expect, but it was much appreciated since the menu is a bit complicated when you come for lunch and can pick 2 plates for 11 euros. It was amazing and comes with dessert! The food was incredible, I read a lot of reviews and it did not disappoint! I've been to Italy and I'm from NJ, so a bit of a snob when it comes to Italian, so if you're anything like me or are just craving authentic Italian at an awesome price, this is the place to be! Highly recommend!

Small and busy restaurant but with great value for money! Especially the starter plate Bella Italia with a large assortment of hot and cold food is highly recommended. We went back a second time. The staff was very attentive and even though the place was full a table was offered by the chef.

The atmosphere is good. The pizza even better! The service... not what I expected. I was still enjoying my last bite of pizza when the waiter abruptly took the plate away. And without asking, the bill suddenly appeared on the table. We really got the feeling that we had to leave, to make room for the next guests. We were not even 30 minutes inside... a pity.
Pizza was delicious, but I would still sit somewhere else where you can quietly enjoy your food without them wanting you to leave after the main course.

We stumbled onto Bella Italia during the day and stopped and grabbed a street food pizza and cappuccino and met Renata. She was so kind and charming that we decided to make a reservation for dinner before we even tried our pizza. Well let me first say, the pizza was so authentic and delicious. Second our dinner experience was wonderful and absolutely delicious. Before our pastas arrived I saw every plate go by and I thought, darn why didn’t I order that. Every plate was large portions and the food looked amazing.
Throughout the evening Renata made sure she was our server and she was so attentive, knowledgeable and generous. Our pastas were so delicious I’m still craving them.
If you’re in Barcelona stop by. You won’t regret it and say hi to Renata for us!

The restaurant is very welcoming and you can breathe the smell of home in all respects, thanks above all to the presence of the waiter Daniele who is an exquisite and kind person, always available. Yummy quality food with real Italian products and very fast service. I will definitely come back with friends and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to taste the real Italian flavors.

Food extremely overrated and the chef menu (20€) is a complete absurd, don’t ask for it. We couldn’t choose what to eat, and they didn’t bring the amount of food it was said to have. The only good thing about this experience was the person working at our table: Renata. She was amazing.

We had a short wait before getting in which was expected. Service was excellent. Our waitress Renata was so nice and knew how to translate the menu very simply. I had pasta and my friends had margharita pizzas. For dessert we all had tiramisu. The food and the limoncello shots were just amazing. We booked a table for the following day’s lunch as well. Lunch menu was also delicious. Both evening and lunch menus were definitely great value for money. We all enjoyed this restaurant experience and would not hesitate to go back! <3
