We called in for after a day's sightseeing and had a very pleasant snack. The service was prompt and friendly, and coffee and cakes were good. Not surprisingly you pay a premium for the location, but we weren't too shocked when the bill arrived.

This iconic cafe was perfect in every way. With casual service from friendly staff we felt more than welcome in this busy establishment and sampled some wonderful food and drinks. Two main courses, two alcoholic drinks, one expresso solo and one carajillo cost less than...More

We call in two or three times on every visit to Barcelona, mainly for drinks but we've had reasonable tapas as well. We were there three times last week. They serve the most enormous gin and tonics (always ask for Larios, the local gin, as...More

My partner wanted to go here as he has heard (through wiki travel) that the coffee was very strong. He wasn't disappointed but sad to say I was by the food. There wasn't much choice and I ended up with a 'French breakfast' for €5,60...More

The staff was so rude on arrival that we didn't even stay to order anything. Shame as we had been recommended this place. With all the competition on La Ramblas I am surprised this member of staff was so rude.

This place is incredible.....so good we went back 5 times. Excellent place to have a hot or cold drink after long walks sightseeing. Wait staff treated us like family!!!

Yes, they charge tourist prices but they are on the main tourist strip so it is to be expected. We went back multiple times because while the tapas, pizza and sangria were delicious...the fresh churros were simply divine. Great location to people watch as well.

This cafe is in the center of the Ramblas. The price level is on the upper echelon, but their crema Catalan worths the expense. There are passers by all the time and the waters are excellent in what they are doing. They serve indoors and...More

La Rambla
Barcelona's most famous street was once a dry
riverbed. Now, La Rambla is a 1200-metre boulevard,
and a major draw for visitors. During the day, La
Rambla fills with pedestrians, some of which stroll
past impressive human statues and artists while others
take a break to people-watch while enjoying a drink at
one of the many terraces. Housed here is the iconic
