A warm welcome awaited us and we had the only available 2 seats in the place. 3 courses, bread and beer or wine for Eur12. Lots of choices and all served quickly and with a smile. The buzz is still loud and the vibe still good. Mainly local people with the odd tourist thrown in. You can just about do... More

The place isnt very touristic, but we had there the best lunch in Barcelona. The menu chages daily and it is at a very good value -12 eur for 1st +2nd dish + 1 drink and dessert/coffee. Definitely the best gazpacho and sangria.

OK place to go after a terrible trip. Relatively cheap, relatively bland food. Staff seemed unfriendly and annoyed that a tourist was in their restaurant. Only positive was the nice wine. Wouldn't go back.

After a long morning of walking, shopping and being good tourists, we all needed a break - with alcohol, food, somewhere to watch the world go by and not in a hot, sunny piazza. A local store keeper recommended this spot and it was perfect. We sat in the window, drank Sangria and local beers, ate cheap tapas and collected... More

We stopped by for lunch as a group of ten, and were running on a schedule. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful in describing the menu to us (our spanish is beyond terrible). I shared a platter for two with a friend and the others ordered single menu items and a dessert. The platter was great; lots of meats... More

I paid 10 euro for a nice dish of fried salmon served with salad. Mineral water to drink and coffee afterwards. The food was good, service swift and it was really the best and healthiest meal I had during my stay in Barcelona.

Really sweet restaurant. Nice atmosphere with excellent service. Chicken was great, cod just ok and Brie salad with pears was exceptional. Rice pudding excellent. Worth a visit. Only breakfast and lunch served.
