This is a typical Catalan restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was top notch. A quiet and elegant place to be.

We were a group of 8 people. Some of us were a little bit loud, the waiter was clearly not very happy with that. Overall good food, but small portions. The guests were grown ups with an average age around 60 years old.

The manager sat us at the last table of the restaurant. My mother placed her purse on a chair. A waiter came by and brusquely removed her purse from the chair and callously plopped it on the table and said without apology, he needed space....More

Our hotel recommended Senyor Parellada and we were delighted. Starting with our charming waiter Juan and ending with the delicious semi freddo, the entire meal was a pleasure. We shared an app, the paella and the lamb dish and with the delicious rustic bread served...More

I went to the restaurant with a group of work colleagues. The atmosphere was good. Waiter a bit grumpy and trying to hurry us to place our orders. Food was good, but a bit too much garlic.

A recommendation from a friend took us to this hotel's restaurant in a bustling street off of Via Laietana. Discrete lighting gave a good impression and made the building look welcoming. Service was a bit haphazard but with a smile and at a leisurely pace,...More

I visited this restaurant in May, 2017. I'd highly recommend making a reservation, preferably a day or two in advance, if you can. It's a popular place. We made a reservation in the morning, and 10 PM was the only opening spot they had. We...More

El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually
enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few
places that live and breathe such exciting energy
regardless of the time of day. This neighbourhood
seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the
city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants

Hi I would like to make a booking for 9 persons, including a 2 years old toddler on Sunday, May 8 at 8:30pm. I was told that I need to email the restaurant. Can someone tell me the email address? Jack

I do not know of any e-mail address for the restaurant. I have always booked through their phone without any problem. Their number is: (00 34) 93 310 50 94
Are the portions tapas sized or raciones? It's hard to tell from the menu. Also, do they offer a menu del dia?

At Senyor Parellada the portions are regular-sized. Not small plates. And, yes, generally they do offer a menú del dia, especially for the dinar/comida/almuerzo (around 2:00pm or so).
