When you step out of the high-tech lift into the lobby of the Torre d'Alta Mar, 75 metres above the sea, you just may have an out-of-body moment. I have no idea,... I don’t know where the fireworks take place. What i Know is that if the fireworks take place at the part of the Port that is in front of this restaurant, the answer would be definitely yes, and in that case you need to book a table by the window,... there are like two rows of tables, all very close to the window, one row is by the window. I suggest you call the restaurant and ask them direct .... they would know where the fireworks take place, if they do (Spain is not exactly the country for fireworks on new year,... some parts celebrate without that king of display....)
