We were in the mood for tapas, and this cozy restaurant fit the bill. Great selection, including meat, sea food, and vegetarian choices. All were well done. I especially liked the fried artichoke, although the sardines were good, as was the ham. We shared a decent wine with the meal. Ambience was a bit odd; a couple of fellows came... More

Preface: We area globally well-travelled couple and tend to stay in ‘high end’ accommodation. This evening following a long (tiring) sightseeing day, we followed the recommendation of our (on duty) hotel receptionist who recommended this close by restaurant; as we didn’t want to travel far. Early dining meant the place was pretty quiet (as anticipated) and we were greeted with... More

We were looking for a meal before a concert at the Palau de Musica & this restaurant was close. We had a plate of "ham and cheese" - heavy on the ham which was fine...it served 2 of us comfortablely. With that we ordered a salad which was various salad components on a plate with minimal dressing. We then shared... More

Met my son for dinner - he was running the Barcelona Marathon the following day, so plenty of carbs were required. We went in around 7.30pm and we were the only diners! However, we're in Spain, so it won't get busy until at least 9pm. I was struck by how how beautifully clean and tidy the restaurant was. We were... More

Neyras has a tapas section and a connecting restaurant. Our choice tonight was tapas. After evening Mass at the Cathedral we walked less than two blocks to this restaurant recommended by a friend. We really liked the selection of tapas items..... shrimp, mussels and seafood paella complimented with local beer and wine. Such a treat served quickly by a charming... More

We were referred to Neyras by the receptionist of our hotel. We wanted a typical Spanish tapas experience. The restaurant is average without any special atmosphere. The prices looked high, but we though that iit wll relate to the quality of the food. Big was our surprise! I ordered two dishes - Spanish omelette and just ordinary bread with olive... More

We had tapas & wine here after arriving quite late at night. No problem, Spanish people eat late! We shared mussels, fried mushrooms & bread. Very nice & good service.

Stopped by here for relaxed business get together. We ordered different tapas to share and enjoyed them all. My favorite was grilled vegetables. Worth visiting!

Stopped for lunch after a marathon walk around the sites of Barcelona, the front area is informal and the back room a bit smarter which filled up with local business people within minutes of our arrival at 2pm and by 2:30 no seats anywhere. Beer, wine and some tapas specials were all good and inexpensive, friendly efficient service, all in... More

Neyras was fantastic for both lunch and dinner; we had such a good lunch that we returned for dinner on the same day! Lunch and dinner were served in a different areas of the restaurant; one more casual, the other more upscale and intimate. Service was excellent as was the food. Highly recommended!
