I went to this restaurant today. I was early. The restaurant was almost empty. I asked for a table for 1 person and this very rude and snobbish female staff looked into the seating area and said "we are all full today". I asked if I could just have a quick bite and will be off in 30 minutes and... More

Unfortunatly you came to our restaurant on San Jordi´s day, which is the busiest day of the year having the restaurant booked out since one week before. That day we had all the reservations by 1:30pm, only 30 minutes after opening. Sorry for your experience, MAnager More

We are dumpling lovers and visited Out of China for the first time. Loved it. Not the typical cheap Chinese, but affordable enough to keep coming. Great dim sum, remarkable noodles and outstanding egg&tomato wok. Super friendly staff!

We liked it so much here we came twice! Very friendly staff and the best meals. Found it hard to choose what to eat because the choice was so good and the food was a really high standard.

Quality food in the heart of BCN. I was a bit skeptical before going to this restaurant, thought it was a trendy place and that was about it. It proved me wrong. Tasty food, extensive menu -not as much as a traditional Chinese restaurant would be. Good fusion of Chinese food with "western" ingredients. Service could get better, they are... More

The restaurant was very busy so we were glad to have booked. The starters and mains were among the best we have had. The dim sums were delicious and the duck dishes were extremely tasty. The food arrived very quickly. Staff were attentive and efficient and the restaurant manager was exceptional.

The service, the waiting time, the taste of the food were all very good. The prices are acceptable, not high at all. 9/10

Not your average chinese restaurant in Europe. Excellent service, nice decor, quiet environment. The food is good, but the traditional dishes we tried were no better (just better presented) than in the average chinese restaurant in the average Chinatown of athe average US city. You can see the kitchen, and I do suspect that the quality of ingredient is better... More

Chinese restaurants don't have good press in Spain. But this one is actually OK and worthy of a visit, especially for their lunch special menu at around €12 (incl. a drink). It isn't fine food, but it's definitely worth the price. I'd go back again if in Barcelona.

Staying in Eixample

Neighbourhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognisable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognised architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
